Shipping Policy
Standard frames and accessories ship next business day. Custom and prescription lens orders ship in 10 business days or less.
International orders, Open Box frames and prescription lenses are all non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Warranty coverage is available worldwide (1 year for new products, 60 days for Open Box). We recommend ordering a standard frame with no custom lenses to test the fit risk-free with our 7-day return window on domestic orders. We can then ship you lenses from the Extra Lenses page for you to insert. You can return the frame for refitting once you purchase lenses (recommended for thicker prescriptions). Just contact us at info@lucyd.co or with the live chat for a return label after purchasing your lenses.
All frames and accessories can be returned within 7 days of receipt in the USA, just contact us to begin the process. For orders containing custom lens items, these will not be refunded, the rest of the order will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to reduce refund amounts by up to $15 to cover restocking and credit card processing costs.
Free USPS shipping is included on all domestic US orders over $150. International shipping is available at various rates by country. International orders may incur additional shipping charges such as VAT and last-mile fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. Free shipping is available on US returns, international orders are all final sale.
Most orders will ship same day or next day, with the exception of custom lens orders and preorders which may require additional processing time of up to two weeks.
Cancelling Orders - If orders are cancelled on the same day that they are placed, no charge will be assessed and the order will be refunded, unless the order has already shipped or prescription lenses have already been made for the order. Orders cannot be cancelled after the day of ordering, and the customer will need to return the frames once received. If prescription lenses have already been made and cancellation is requested on the day of ordering, Lucyd will cancel the order and the cost of goods of the prescription lenses will be deducted from any cash refunds.
Incorrect Addresses - It is important to enter your address carefully. Once an order has shipped, Lucyd is not responsible for final delivery if the address was entered incorrectly, and will not provide a free second shipment of the order.
Missing Shipments - If you claim that glasses are missing or undelivered on or after 21 days from shipment, we will investigate the tracking information. If verified lost, an additional pair of the exact same specifications will be shipped. If not, we will contact the postal service to locate the order for final delivery. If it cannot be located, we will replace the glasses.
