Where's my order?

Please login to your account and click “Account”. This will show you your order history and tracking details when available. Most orders are delivered within a week, worldwide! However, please allow up to two weeks for complex and progressive prescriptions.

I'd like to cancel/return my order.

If orders are cancelled on the same day that they are placed, no charge will be assessed and the order will be refunded, unless the order has already shipped or prescription lenses have already been made for the order. Orders cannot be cancelled after the day of ordering, and the customer will need to return the frames once received. If prescription lenses have already been made and cancellation is requested on the day of ordering, Lucyd will cancel the order and the cost of goods of the prescription lenses will be deducted from any cash refunds. 

How do I get custom/prescription lenses?

Find the frame you like, and on its product page, you'll see a Select Lenses button. Use this to customize your lenses and upload your prescription if needed.

Can I change the prescription on my order?

Most prescription orders will ship same or next day, so contact us immediately at info@Lucyd.co if there is an issue. If it’s too late to fix your order, you can return your frames to us for refitting (an additional fee may apply).

Do you accept/offer insurance?

Lucyd accepts FSA cards on our website. For a wider breadth of insurance options, contact a partner optician near you on our Store Locator who carries Lucyd frames.

We also offer 4 and 12 month financing via Shop Pay. For instance, "a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

Rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partner:  affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.

My prescription is X years old, is that ok?

We strongly recommend ordering glasses only with prescriptions received in the last year, however, prescriptions up to two years old will be accepted. To ensure accuracy, please have a copy of your actual prescription ready - our site does not accept typed in prescriptions.

I have a question about my prescription or another eye health concern.

Do you offer payment plans? How can I pay?

What is the Ip or waterproof rating of Lucyd Lyte?

Lyte is rated IP56--splashproof. It’s fine with rain or sweat, but don’t let them get submerged.
